From Trekweb.com:
The colors: Okay, so for the two previous reviews I've mentioned the earth-toned look. This time it's a huge leap forward: this issue is busting out with colors! I don't know if it's because there are more Starfleet uniforms in this issue than the previous issues that's increased the palate, but I felt this issue to be vivid. The greens seemed greener (Page 1) and the reds (shirts) seemed redder. The balcony scene also gave John Hunt opportunities that he hasn't had. Even underground with the centipedes seemed bright. And when electricity starts flying about in the end, the colors reacted to it. Would it destroy anyone's reading if I said it made the book "pretty"? And I say that in the most manly way possible. Way to go Mr. Hunt! Overall grade: A+
and from Trekmovie.com:
The colors jump out off the page bringing a lot of life to the page due to John Hunt’s work. One thing that really struck me was the use of sunlight beams coming through the jungle overhead, something that is not obvious until you look at the panels closely.
